Arts & Business (A&B NI) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager for Blueprint, a five-year capacity & financial growth programme for the NI cultural sector.
Reporting to the Head of Arts you will be responsible for the management of the programme, working with participants and multiple funding stakeholders.
You will have 3 years’ experience of programme development, management and delivery in the arts, cultural sector or heritage sectors. Demonstrable understanding of interpreting financial statements and multi-annual budgeting will be required along with people management and analytical skills and an ability to have a positive influence on others during times of change.
35 hours per week
Salary £32,000 per annum based on experience
