The Assistant Customer Service Manager is a key member of the Customer Services and Front of House (CS/FOH) team. They will be the first point of contact for the CS/FOH and Housekeeping team – which consists of 30+ part time and casual staff members – and will be the main support person for the Customer Service Manager and Head of Customer Services.
