In response to feedback, Belfast City Council have now extended this consultation to the 17th June. However, when this formal consultation closes, they will look for ways of continuing the conversation. Together, we can help build a more resilient Belfast.
So far, Belfast City Council have held nine neighbourhood workshops, five public drop in sessions, lots of walkabouts and attended several public gatherings. More than one thousand people have engaged over the course of our consultation- and nearly one third of those are young people! Belfast City Council are very keen to complete the conversation, so are extending the deadline for submissions to the draft Resilience Strategy until Wednesday 17th June.
They hope this will give them time to engage with the public virtually in the coming weeks, to ensure the future Resilience Strategy reflects the views of the people of Belfast. If you have any questions on the consultation, contact email@example.com
Resilience aims to ‘future proof’ Belfast- so that the city is ready for the challenges we face this century. Join Belfast City Council in the Belfast resilience conversation!
