The Crescent is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Manager.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a customer-facing management role, be a good communicator and good listener, quick to uncover problems and identify solutions. You will have experience in coordinating Health & Safety matters in the workplace, planning and managing annual budgets and improving organisational policies and procedures.
