Salary Circa £32,000
Dancers’ Career Development (DCD) are looking to recruit an Operations Manager. This is a challenging and varied role with four core areas of responsibility:
- Operational Management
- Finance
- HR
- Executive Support
A strategic thinker, you will bring finance and operations expertise and be excited to play a key part in maintaining and developing organisational wellbeing. Dancers’ Career Development is looking for a proactive individual who will lead on the process of embedding and strengthening new operating systems and processes to support our work with professional dancers across the UK.
You may come from an administrative or similar role in an arts organisation, but Dancers’ Career Development is also particularly interested in individuals who might bring additional skills in HR, Finance and IT and are looking to transition into the arts and charity sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join Dancers’ Career Development at an important time in our history as we continue our work supporting dance artists through the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
