Festival Administrator
This administrative role is responsible for financial administration, daily running of the Festival offices, general administration and supervision of seasonal staff during the festival season. They are one of the core team, working year round and they work closely with the General Manager (GM). The Administrator is a key role within the whole organisation, ensuring the smooth running of the offices and finances.DTF are looking for a process-orientated individual who is looking to build on their experience and gain an insight into company and festival management in one of the biggest festivals in Ireland.

€30,000 to €34,000 per annum, depending on experience

Festival Runner

The primary role of the runner is to ensure the efficient delivery and collection of materials to and from the festival offices and venues. The runner will assist with the smooth functioning of the festival administration office when required. This position reports to the Festival Administrator and ultimately to the General Manager of Dublin Theatre Festival. This position requires a candidate willing to work outside in all weather conditions and to undertake manual tasks in the festival offices. The runner regularly lifts and delivers batches of brochures, helps in cleaning activities and in the set-up of festival offices. A willingness to engage in manual activity and a level of physical fitness is required.

Seasonal and temporary contract. 25 July – 18 October, half time for 9 weeks then full time for 3.5 weeks.

Volunteer Coordinator
DTF are seeking a Volunteers Coordinator to run the volunteer programme. The candidate should be enthusiastic, confident and efficient when dealing with people as the role requires much person to person contact. The Volunteer Coordinator will work within the festival offices and will report to the Festival Administrator and ultimately to the General Manager of Dublin Theatre Festival.

The volunteer programme is a key way for people to get involved in the festival and we aim to involve between 80 and 100 volunteers in the 2022 festival. The volunteers help facilitate the smooth running of numerous aspects of the festival and we are immensely grateful for the support we receive from people willing to give up their free time.

Digital Content Intern

As the Digital Content Intern of Dublin Theatre Festival you will be involved in all aspects of the promotion of the festival. The internship will give you an opportunity to develop existing skills in a practical and busy environment. Depending on your existing skills you may be asked to take on some projects as your own.

This is a paid internship position. Remuneration is €10.50 an hour for 30 hours a week, paid monthly, for the duration of the internship.

Artistic Intern
