Irish Theatre Institute (ITI) is a leading resource organisation for professional theatre in Ireland. ITI focusses on artist support services, continuing professional development and information provision, artform and policy development, Playography research, national and international networking.

Reporting to the Co-Directors, the successful candidate will be a key member of the ITI team with responsibility for the smooth and efficient working of the organisation focussing on Operations and Administration, Financial Management, Funding, Communications, Governance, Scheduling, Staff Management and Organisational Welfare.

Candidates must be very well organised, with initiative and relevant management experience, be a team player, strong communicator and have a high level of computer and numerical skills (financial software QuickBooks, Thesaurus). A strong knowledge of Irish theatre, artists and makers and previous experience in arts management, especially governance, is an advantage.

The position is initially offered on a one-year fixed term contract – and may be renewed. Salary is €40,000 per annum.
