Member Assistance Programme Launches with Spectrum

Theatre and Dance NI is delighted to launch our brand new enhanced Membership Assistance Programme, provided by Spectrum Life and supported by Arts Council of Northern Ireland, with additional wellbeing and support benefits.

The current climate we are living in with Coronavirus (COVID-19), has been hugely challenging for many, and can impact greatly on our emotional and physical wellbeing. Our Membership Assistance Programme is here to support you 100% through this time, and Spectrum Life makes membership wellbeing support more manageable and accessible than ever before.
The Member Assistance Service is a 100% confidential counselling service. Counselling is available 24/7, 365 days a year covering numerous topics such as: Stress, Anxiety, Low mood, Financial worries, Loss & Grief, Relationship problems, Substance abuse issues and much more. You can access through confidential telephone, an online chat function through the MAP portal or by requesting a call back.

The service also offers your very own wellbeing app that provides you with access to hours of wellbeing content such as mental wellbeing, nutrition and exercise. Track your steps and kilometres of exercise, find recipes, log and track your calories, receive discounts, find fitness plans to suit your needs, and complete courses in stress management, sleeping better, dealing with anxiety and more!

This is a member benefit service so if members wish to sign up to Spectrum Life please check your emails as the access information has been distributed there. If you have not received the email or are not a member and would like to find out more on how to sign up and the benefits of the service please contact Molly at projects@theatreanddanceni.org.
