Applications for Dublin Fringe Festival bursaries close Sunday 6 September 2026 at 12 noon.
Theatre and Dance NI (TDNI) is offering four bursaries of £500 each to support Northern Ireland arts workers to attend Dublin Fringe Festival 2026.
Two bursaries are available for early-career arts workers and two for established arts workers.
Attending the festival provides an opportunity to experience new work, develop professional relationships, gain insight into current practice and explore ideas and connections that could support the future development and presentation of your own work.
Dublin Fringe Festival is Ireland’s leading multidisciplinary arts festival, presenting bold new work from Irish and international artists. The festival champions innovation, experimentation and contemporary performance, providing opportunities for artists to experience new ideas and connect with peers from across the sector.
These bursaries are supported by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and Culture Ireland.
Theatre and Dance NI has supported artists to attend Dublin Fringe since 2016, helping members build professional networks, discover new work, engage with the wider sector and develop future creative opportunities.
This year, each bursary will offer £500 towards the cost of attending the festival and can be used for:
