Remote Engagement Seed Fund

As Arts & Business continue to adapt to these unprecedented working arrangements across Northern Ireland due to COVID-19, their members are eager to engage their staff who are now working from home. These members have reached out to Arts & Business NI for resources to support their staff remotely with their mental health and wellbeing, and to ensure that they continue to feel connected to their work colleagues.

Arts & Business NI have designated £15,000 from their Investment Programme as a seed fund to support arts organisations and individual practitioners. This fund will be used to develop a range of relevant and timely resources to help engage business employees as they adjust to their new living and working arrangements. This fund is also crucially intended to help provide an additional revenue stream for their arts members and individual practitioners in this period of financial uncertainty.

Through the Seed Fund A&B NI will be awarding a fund of between £500 – £1,000 to 15 separate arts organisations or individual practitioners.

More information on the scheme and how to apply is attached below. Successful applicants will be notified by Wednesday 8th April. If you want to discuss the Seed Fund or have any questions, please contact Maeve McKervey Head of Business at m.mckervey@artsandbusinessni.org.uk
