Bridget Salaja is an Intern at Theatre and Dance NI, supporting organisational communications and contributing to the Creating Safer Spaces project.

She is currently completing an MA in Arts Management at Queen’s University Belfast and previously graduated with a BA in Drama and English.

Her work includes communications support, research and project coordination across theatre and dance initiatives. Bridget is passionate about arts advocacy, audience engagement and inclusive practice.
