MARKETING OFFICER

The Marketing Officer (digital lead) is a key role within a small and passionate marketing and development team. The post holder will be primarily responsible for driving digital communication including digital strategy and management of the Lyric’s website, as well as contributing to the development and execution of the overall marketing plan for Lyric productions, visiting shows and for the theatre generally.

DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (PART-TIME)

The Development Officer is a new role within a small and passionate marketing and development team, primarily supporting the Department Head in implementing fundraising strategies to develop income growth for the theatre. This is an opportunity for an individual who is a self-starter to work with the Head of Development and Marketing on building sustainable and regular support for the future across a number of areas including Trusts and Foundations, individual giving, corporate sponsorship and events. The post will involve working with key members of staff in every department, particularly New Writing and Creative Learning.

CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT

Customer Service Agents are essential for the delivery of excellent customer service at the theatre. Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate the highest possible standards of service to audiences and customers throughout their visit to the theatre and are expected to uphold and strengthen the reputation of the theatre.

The job will include – but not be limited to – café and bar service; kiosk service; welcoming and seating guests attending performances and events; promoting the sale of performance and merchandise; assisting with the set-up, delivery and breakdown of service and events; cleaning and preparation of food service areas.

BOX OFFICE AGENT

The Box Office Team plays an important and vital role within the theatre. This is a pivotal customer service role within the organisation charged with being the first direct contact customers, visitors, and performers will have with the Lyric Team.

As a member of the team, you will be expected to undertake a range of duties including tickets and merchandise sales, answering telephone calls for ticket sales and general enquiries, maintaining customer records, use of ticketing system, providing information on the building and history of the Lyric as well as being a positive ambassador for the theatre at all times.
