Cultural Multi-Annual Grants
Belfast City Council Cultural Multi-Annual Grants scheme is now open for applications. Under this scheme, they offer two funding strands which are available for two or four years.
This includes:
Arts & Heritage Grants
– for arts and heritage organisations with a year-round programme of activity
- 2 year (2024-2026)
- 4 year (2024-2028)
Festival & Events Grants
–Â for festivals and events
- 2 year (2024-2026)
- 4 year (2024-2028)
Applications for the above funding opportunities opened on Monday 7 August 2023 and will close at 12 noon on 6 October 2023.

To support the application process, there will be group information sessions, both online and in person:
Session 1Â – 2pm on Wednesday 16 August in Belfast City Hall
Session 2 – 10am on Thursday 17 August (online)
Session 3 – 12 noon on Thursday 24 August (online)
