Dancers Career Development are seeking a Chair of the Board of Trustees

The new Chair will succeed Zoe van Zwanenberg, who will stand down in December 2022.  Zoe has made an inestimable impact on DCD during her tenure and has brought structure, stability and vision to DCD.

DCD are a strong and vibrant charity embarking on a new chapter. 2023 marks DCD’s 50th anniversary, so this is an exciting opportunity to join us at a transformative time in our history.

They are looking for someone with a deep commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion who will support DCD to sustain and develop their partnerships and profile across the UK.

They want DCD to be a leader in building a fairer future for all dancers and are looking for a Chair who is ready and able to work with a committed team to make this happen.
