Tuesdays from January 9th 4-week deeper mindful meditatIon course – in person.

This course is to support participants to continue with their mindful meditation practice and to build on the learning from the 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction course and 4 week introduction to mindfulness course. We will be exploring intention, joy, self compassion and more. The price includes the 4 classes, a booklet of notes, guided meditations and free access to the Monday evening and Thursday morning zoom practice groups.

Time: 4 weeks from Tuesday Jan 9th 2024, 7.15pm – 8.15pm

Wednesdays from January 31st 6-week Mindful Meditation Meet up Group – in person.

We spend the hour together with a 20-25 minute practice and 2 shorter practices (body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation and more). We have a chance to give some feedback about our experience or ask questions. There is no pressure to speak unless you feel like it 😊

Time: Wednesday Jan 31st for 6 weeks (half term break Feb 14th) 10.30 – 11.30 am

Location: Old School House, Church Road Holywood Co Down.

Price £42.

Half day  Mindful Meditation Retreats.

The intention for this meditation morning is to provide ourselves with some space and peace to be with our own experience with kindness. The longer time, spent together, giving us the opportunity to deepen our practice and perhaps gain insight into how we want to live our precious lives. The morning will include guided meditations, body scan, mindful movement, sitting practice and more, plus time to journal or to just “be”. There will also be coffee/tea plus scones provided.

Date: Sunday January 28th from 2-5pm at Maitri Studio, Price £30.

Date: Saturday March 9th from 9.30am to 1pm at Maitri Studio Belfast Price £30

Date: Sunday April 14th from 2-5pm at Yoga Quarter, Price £30.

Thursdays from February 1st 6-week Mindful Meditation Meet up Group – in person.

Thursday Morning from Jan 11th Mindful meditation practice group on zoom

We spend half an hour together to practice (body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation and more). A great way to start the day with a sense of connection and being grounded. 😊

Time:

7 -7.30am
Book in advance for each half term £3 per week. Total for Jan and Feb 2024 £15.

Tuesdays from February 6th  8-week Mindfulness-based stress reduction course plus full day retreat.

This course is scientifically backed and been shown to help with stress, anxiety, chronic pain and much much more. It is the gold standard of mindfulness courses, based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s work, with over 40 years of participation by people across the world.

Time:

Tuesday evenings for 8 weeks 7.15 -9:15pm
Location: Lotus room, 1st floor, Maitri Studio, Belfast BT5 4NA.

Price £260* to include 8 weekly sessions, a full day of mindfulness in a beautiful countryside location, a 100-page booklet with information to support your learning, meditation recordings and FREE access to the Monday evening zoom group mindful meditation practice group and Thursday morning practice zoom group, email and telephone support for your meditation practice during the course, exercises to gain awareness of our own stress signature.

*If affordability is an issue let Fiona know so to arrange an instalment plan or discounted rate, so price is not a barrier to attending. If you have paid a deposit by Jan 14th there is a £40 discount.

If the course is cancelled before commencement you get a full refund.  If you cancel at least a week before the course starts you get the option to transfer credit to another course or mindfulness day, or a full refund minus 1 class for the admin overhead. After this date you will receive a 50% refund or an option to use part credit in the next term.
