Monday evenings from April 17th Mindful meditation practice group on zoom

We spend the hour together with a 20-25minute practice and 2 shorter practices (body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation and more). We have a chance to give some feedback about our experience or ask questions. There is no pressure to speak unless you feel like it 😊

Thursday Morning from April 20th Mindful meditation practice group on zoom

We spend half an hour together to practice (body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation and more). A great way to start the day with a sense of connection and being grounded. 😊

Price £30 payable termly in advance (£3 per week for 10 weeks or donation if this is beyond your budget). April 20/27 May 4/11/18/25 June 1/8/22/29 (off on the 15th of June).

Tuesdays from May 2nd 4-week Mindful Meditation Course

The intention of this course is to provide the space and support for participants to develop or re-start their mindful meditation home practice. The practices will be based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s work and include the body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation and more.

This course includes:

  • 4 x 1-hour sessions practicing mindfulness meditations including the body scan, mindful movement, seated meditation practice and more.
  • Guided meditation recordings.
  • A journal to complete home practice notes and insights.
  • Telephone or email support as required during the course.
  • Free access to Fiona’s Zoom meditation groups on Monday evenings (7-8pm) and Thursday morning (7–7.30am)
  • Daily home practice (carried out by students).

Dates: Tuesday 2nd May – 23rd May 2023
Time: 7.15pm to 8.15pm
Location: Maitri yoga studio, 4 The Mount Belfast.

Tuesdays from October  10th  8-week Mindfulness-based stress reduction course plus full day retreat.

This course is scientifically backed and been shown to help with stress, anxiety, chronic pain and much much more. It is the gold standard of mindfulness courses.

Location: Maitri Studio, Belfast BT5 4NA.

Price £260* to include 8 weekly sessions, a full day of mindfulness in a beautiful countryside location, a 100-page booklet with information to support your learning, meditation recordings and FREE access to the Monday evening zoom group mindful meditation practice group and Thursday morning practice zoom group, email and telephone support for your meditation practice during the course, exercises to gain awareness of our own stress signature.
