For the past two months, Theatre and Dance NI have been hosting in person sessions as part of our Mental Health and Wellbeing Series with support from Belfast City Council.
Led by a team of professional facilitators, these sessions help to reconnect people whilst sharing information resources on how to best support your mental health and wellbeing.
So far, we have enjoyed seeing the sights of Belfast from kayaking down the River Lagan and Mountain Biking along the Barnett Demesne Trails.
We have had some great feedback from our attendees of the two previous sessions:
“It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thoroughly enjoyed it.”
“It was a great experience and definitely one that I’d like to do again.”
“It was great to be in a group of like-minded people and to be removed from day to day stress for a couple of hours.”
We hope you can join us for our next session in the series, Climbing and Archery led by Belfast Activity Centre (BAC) which will take place on Friday 10th December at 10am.
Learn how to conquer your fears and develop the skills to climb and learn all the basic skills of archery including stance, aiming, how to hold the bow and release the arrow. It will also be a great way to catch up with people and meet new colleagues.
