“It’s good to be back! 2 years after our last live and ‘in person’ festival, Team YAA are delighted to be back welcoming young audiences to Belfast for BCF22. We’ve missed you! We’ve missed your giggles of delight, your gasps of surprise and your smiley faces!
The Belfast Children’s Festival aims to inspire GIANT IMAGINATIONS, young and old, and you will notice that many BCF22 events, particularly our GIANT FAMILY DAY OUT, have a GIANT theme. It’s time to have GINORMOUS fun together again! We very much hope restrictions will allow us to gather again in a GIANT way, and in this brochure, we’ve outlined the measures we’ve introduced to keep you and your loved ones safe while you are with us.
If we can’t gather in a way that’s as giant as we would like, you can be assured that BCF22 will still be packed with fun-filled performances, events and experiences for all the family along with a digital programme of performances you can enjoy at home!
The Belfast Children’s Festival is not just for the young, but also the young at heart. At Young at Art, we strongly believe our great arts experiences are for everyone, so whether you’re 8 weeks old or 108 years old, have gigantic festival fun!”
