In December 2024, CIISA published its draft standards, which outline the minimum behaviours expected to promote safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces across the UK’s creative industries. This consultation session was an essential opportunity for us to ensure these standards truly reflect the needs and perspectives of those working within our sector.
