The Arts Council of Northern Ireland is conducting a research survey to help them better support artists and the arts community. They are seeking input/participation from as wide a range of artists as possible, and as such, they are contacting arts organisations to both participate and help share this survey with the artists and members you work with.

The survey explores artists’ living standards, income, employment opportunities, wellbeing, and challenges. By sharing this survey with your members and community, you’ll help us gather a wide range of perspectives, crucial for shaping the ACNI Strategic Plan (2024-34) and strengthening the entire arts sector.

ACNI have always valued insights from artists over the years and this data has been useful to respond, for instance, to major challenges such as Covid, the cost-of-living crisis and the loss of studio space. This survey is part of their commitment to collect data from artists.

It only takes 15 minutes to complete the survey, and each artist will be entered into a prize draw to win one of ten ÂŁ100 vouchers provided by the team managing the survey, Perspective Economics. The survey can be taken at the link below:
