Speaker: Dorothy McKee, Owner at Dorothy McKee Consulting & Senior Associate Lecturer at Ulster University
Dorothy delivers accredited programmes on coaching and mentoring managers and executives across a range of sectors. She is well regarded as a successful change agent based on her track record in facilitating senior management to implement strategic change. She has considerable experience of facilitating senior management and Board members with strategy review and in the design and development of in-house leadership development programmes.
In addition to her Course Director role at Ulster University, Dorothy designs and delivers the modules on Change Innovation and Transformation and on Governance and Business Ethics and participates in the study visit to the Global Leadership Institute Boston College on an annual basis.
