Online 1-hour workshops for movers, accompanying the free online exhibition, Hibernation Dream.

During the workshops, attendees will learn about and extend onward from the artistic research undertaken as part of the Hibernation Dream project, and will draw inspiration from cyberspace and from one another. The workshop will welcome and equally challenge people from all backgrounds and experiences, with or without training, who do not need prior knowledge about Hibernation Dream.
During the 1-hour session, we will explore how our idiosyncrasies and subjective experiences of the world manifest through how we move to sounds and explore what dance as self expression can be for us.
Hibernation Dream is supported using public funding by The National Lottery through Arts Council England.
