Creative producer Heather Rose is leading a monthly series of FREE Zoom workshops on key topics essential for a self-producing artist or early career producer. Topics will range from audiences and marketing to funding and budgeting, as well as essential and complex topics such as artist wellbeing, access and networking which are too often neglected.

Strategic planning can feel like a luxury when you’re in the day-to-day grind of making work, promoting work, funding applications and more. This session will give us a chance to dream big, and then break down how we can make those dreams come true.
Autumn Workshop topics are still to be announced. The topics for these will be:
- Budgeting and financial management
- Access for artists and audiences
- Communication, professional relationships and dealing with conflict
