High Points Youth Ballet Spring Gala at The MAC
On 4th June 2023 at 6pm, the High Points Youth Ballet company will present selections from two of the classical ballet repertoire’s most revered jewels: Paquita and The Sleeping Beauty. The Paquita Grand Pas Classique will feature virtuosic solos, a refined pas de deux, and mesmerizing corps de ballet dancing by HPYB’s most advanced company members. Selections from The Sleeping Beauty will also be presented, including the magical Prologue scene and dances from the Act III Wedding performed by HPYB’s youngest dancers. Audition for High Points Youth Ballet’s 2023-24 Season
Dancers ages 7-18 are invited to audition for the 5th anniversary season of High Points Youth Ballet’s year-round training programme on the 24th of June 2023. The season will run from September 2023 until June 2024. Training includes Vaganova ballet, pointe and pas de deux technique, Limón contemporary and improvisation, and physical preparation.
