DUBLIN YOUTH DANCE COMPANY & THE IRISH YOUTH DANCE FESTIVAL SUBMISSIONS
Dublin Youth Dance Company and Artistic Director Mariam Ribón are happy to announce the Irish Youth Dance Festival 2023.
This year the festival will be held over two days at the Pavilion Theatre in Dun Laoghaire presenting 2 different programmes on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd of July at 8pm.
The IYDF is one of the most exciting youth dance events in Ireland. The festival has been running for 22 years offering a professional platform for young dancers and choreographers, both nationally and internationally.
DYDC is calling for submissions from Irish & International youth dance companies, dancers training in Ireland and abroad, young artists and choreographers.
They are looking for high quality, fresh, edgy, creative, original and current pieces in a variety of dance styles.
The maximum length of the choreography must not exceed 10 minutes for a group piece and 4 minutes for solo work.
