The Occasional Gardener: A Gardening & Arts Therapy Programme for Older People
This earthy project will engage participants to stimulate memory and the senses, and will involve gardening activities such as planting seeds, bulbs, and baskets; using plants and flowers to stimulate the senses, and exploring reminiscence techniques, singing, movement and art.
