This session will equip participants with the knowledge to design and manage a successful community programme online. Topics covered in this session:

  •     Considering the best approach for your programme
  •     Practical and technical issues including considering accessibility
  •     Digital exclusion issues.

This is an opportunity to share examples and challenges with each other and be inspired by evidenced good practice.


Be able to plan a community participation programme that is either partially or wholly online, be aware of the practical implications of running online programmes, be able to make an informed choice about which technology to use.
