The Lyric Theatre Belfast have released tickets for their upcoming ‘New Playwright Showcase’ along with additional productions taking place in the remainder of 2021.
The New Playwright programme was open to all new playwrights interested in developing a new full-length play with the guidance of the Lyric’s Literary Manager and a team of experienced actors and directors. Since 2017 the Lyric have supported 20 early career playwrights across the UK and Ireland.
- Friday 15th October: ‘Wee Buns’ by Caitlin Magnall-Kearns
- Saturday 16th October: ‘Rosebud’ by Rose Coogan
- Friday 22nd October: ‘Kidding’ by Paul Mallon & Eléonore Maudet
- Saturday 23rd October: ‘Hello Charlie’ by Caoimhe Farren
