Tuesday 2nd & Thursday 4th May 10am-11:15am Galway Dance Project Studio
Fionnuala will teach a dynamic contemporary class that draws from here own training in modern (Limón, Graham, and Laban), contemporary release techniques, and ballet. We will begin with a mixed warm-up using flowing yoga and centre exercises. Across the floor, we will move in and out of the floor building up to more high intensity movement. To finish, we will learn a short contemporary phrase.
