Come and join us for a fun filled morning Mountain Biking as part of our Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme!

About this event

We are so pleased to be running our second in person session as part of our Mental Health and Wellbeing Series with support from Belfast City Council.

For the next six months, Theatre and Dance NI will host these sessions led by a team of professional facilitators helping to reconnect people while sharing information resources on mental health and wellbeing.

We hope you can join us for some Mountain Biking led by Belfast Activity Centre (BAC) which will take place on Friday 19th November at 10am. It will be a great way to catch up with people and meet new colleagues; relax, see the sights of Belfast from a different perspective and reconnect.

On the day, meet the TDNI team at Belfast Activity Centre at 9:45am. Please do not be late. Tea/coffee and sweet treats will be available afterwards in BAC conference rooms. Bikes and helmets are all provided by Belfast Activty Centre unless you prefer to bring your own.

Tickets will be on a first come first served basis and you will be required to fill in a medical form prior to the session. Cost of tickets are as follows:

Individual/Student Members: £10

Funded Organisation Staff Members: £15

Non TDNI Members: £20

Please note, if you have any allergies/dietary requirements could you please let Molly know via email at projects@theatreanddanceni.org to make sure we have the right sweet treats to accommodate all!

TDNI are committed to the Health & Safety of our staff, members, audiences and the general public and will operate this event following government guidelines. All attendees aged 18 and over, will need to provide one of the following in order to attend:

Proof of full vaccination, with the second dose having been given at least 14 days prior. Acceptable forms of proof include Covid immunisation record cards, COVIDCert NI certificates, and any official documentation from outside Northern Ireland such as the EU Digital Covid Certificate or the NHS Covid Pass.

Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test taken no more than 24 hours prior to the event. This should be in the form of an official SMS message which you will receive after completing and registering your Lateral Flow Test result at https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result.

Proof of natural immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for Covid-19 issued between 30 and 180 days earlier. Any self-isolation period must have elapsed before coming to the theatre.

In order to align with the current government guidelines recommended by the Northern Ireland Executive and Public Health Agency, most workshops will be held outside with a maximum number of 20 including staff and facilitator. Workshops that require an indoor space will have significantly reduced capacity aligning with the venue allowance.

We look forward to welcoming you back in person.
