Objectives of Fund
The Trustees are former friends of Victoria and are interested in supporting areas that would have interested her, namely the arts, in all forms.

Who Can Apply
Arts organisations and groups in the UK are welcome to apply. The Foundation are particularly keen to support initiatives in and around London and in the North of England.
Restrictions
The following are not eligible for funding:
- Individuals
- Courses of study
- Expeditions or travel abroad
- General appeals
- Youth and community associations
- Retrospective costs
- Statutory bodies (including in Education and Health)
- Places of worship or which promote religion
- Animal/Wildlife/Heritage/Environmental causes

Costs associated with eligible arts projects.
How To Apply
The Trustees normally meet twice a year, in July and December.
Applications should be received at least two weeks before the following meeting.
